With the increased costs of heating, lighting and using appliances in the home, knowing how to reduce your energy use can help to reduce your bills. Swale Borough Council’s Fuel and Water Home Adviser, who works with the Swale based charity Children and Families, has lots of advice and tips to help with reducing energy usage. Swale Borough Council’s Western Area Committee have allocated funding to pay for energy efficient packs, which can be tailor-made for residents after a quick telephone consultation with the Fuel and Water Home Adviser.
